To change the profile picture from Gmail, follow the steps.
1. Open your chrome browser on your phone.
2. Go to google.com.
3. Open the menu bar from google homepage, click on the icon on the top right of your screen showing nine small boxes icon.
4. Scroll down and click on Google +
5. Log in to your Gmail address.
6. Upon logging in, click on the three lines icon at the top left side of your screen. A dropdown will appear showing different options, click on Profile.
7. It will show on your screen your profile details. Tap on your current profile picture to open the thumbnail.
8. Tap on the three dots icon on the top right corner of your screen, and select Delete.
9. A pop-up will show to confirm your selection, tap on Delete to confirm.
Now your profile picture is removed.
