If you receive an error message while trying to open or extract a RAR archive, one or more of the files inside could be corrupted. Fortunately, the RAR app has the ability to repair corrupted RAR files.
Try these steps:
1. Open the RAR app and locate the corrupted RAR file.
2. Tap the empty box beside the file to select it.
3. Tap the three vertical dots in the upper right corner.
4. Tap Repair Archive from the drop-down menu.
5. Tap OK when prompted.
6. A rebuilt RAR file will appear within the current folder, and you should be able to extract it as normal.
